Introduction
Plenisher (formerly Stockpile) is an inventory and purchase-order management app for Shopify, developed and operated by 9x9 Digital (The Desi Co Group Ltd), 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data Plenisher collects from your Shopify store, how we use it, and the choices you have. It replaces the Stockpile Privacy Policy dated June 8, 2026; the app was renamed Plenisher in June 2026 and this update also reflects a new, optional use of order data for demand forecasting.
What data we collect
Store information. Your Shopify store domain, store ID, locations, currency, and basic configuration details.
Account information. The name and email address of the staff members who sign in to Plenisher, managed through our authentication provider (WorkOS).
Catalog and inventory data. Products, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices, costs, vendors, inventory levels, and incoming stock, kept in sync with your store.
Supplier and purchasing data. The suppliers, supplier product mappings, costs, and purchase orders you create in the app.
Order data (used for forecasting). To power demand forecasting, reorder suggestions, and stock-health analytics, Plenisher reads your store's order history: order line items with product and variant references, quantities, timestamps, and order status. We deliberately do not request, collect, or store your customers' identities: no customer names, email addresses, shipping or billing addresses, or phone numbers. The order records we hold reference products, quantities, and dates, not people.
Usage and support data. How the app is used (pages, actions, and session recordings of the Plenisher app interface, via PostHog), support conversations if you contact us through in-app chat (Crisp), and onboarding call bookings if you schedule one (Calendly). We also keep short-lived technical logs (including Shopify webhook payloads, retained for a maximum of 48 hours) for reliability and debugging.
How we use your data
Purpose limitation. Order data is used solely for the inventory and forecasting features described above. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to identify or profile your customers.
Our role
For your store's data, including order data, you are the data controller and Plenisher is a data processor acting on your instructions through the app. For the account and usage data of the people who sign in to Plenisher, we are the controller.
